Send your package using a tracked shipping service. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your return is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
